We are LCM Services Ltd and have been providing property maintenance & enhancement services since 1996.
We pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency and communication. As a contractor who visits sites on a regular basis we encourage property managers and residents to use us as a reliable source of information. We are able to advise of any work that needs carrying out, in such circumstances this advice will be backed up with digital photos and emailed to the property manager. We then await authorisation before carrying out any work. Our intention is to be of service to both property managers and residents alike.
Our staff are all presentable individuals and are all fully insured. We are fully committed to the health and safety of employees, customers and also the public. For this reason we have a health and safety policy in place. Safety date sheets (COSHH) are located at each site and our staff are constantly updated and reminded of the importance of health and safety in general.
